LOCAL SHIPPING (SOUTH AFRICA)

Online orders above R900 will qualify for free shipping to main centres in South Africa (1-5 days), this option can be selected at checkout. We have also added overnight shipping upgrade at an additional cost, this will mean overnight shipping to main centres if ordered before 2pm. This may not always be guaranteed overnight but we will try our best to get your parcel to you ASAP. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, overnight orders will be delivered on the next business day.

We ship from Cape Town so orders to most other provinces take between 2 and 5 working days, in most cases around 3 days. Cape Town shipments are either same day or next day delivery.

Wholesale orders above R3000 will qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have added a discounted rate for the Shred Zeppelin (up to 2 units) of $12.

We have reduced our basic shipping rate to $30 (USD) using FedEx. This amount may fluctuate slightly with changes in exchange rate. The shipping rate may change according to the amount of items in the cart with a minimum of 30$ (USD). This does not include taxes at the shipping destination.

Please note, we can not accept returns on international orders due to the cost of shipping.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to our office in Woodstock for a replacement or refund provided that the conditions of our Returns policy have adhered to

We will exchange or refund a product provided that:

There is valid invoice

It is within 3 months of the original purchase date

It is in its original packaging or condition and product unused

Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to our office in Cape Town shall be incurred by the purchaser.
