The new Contour dropper builds on the proven Contour V2.0 platform, with updates focused on making the post lighter, shorter, and more durable for everyday riding.
Updated internals now use a combination of brass and additional Teflon keys to better control side-to-side movement, keeping the saddle feeling solid over time and reducing long-term play. Weight has been reduced by roughly 20% compared to the previous version, while the overall post length has been shortened by about 25 mm per size. The shorter stack makes it easier to fit a longer-travel dropper into more frames and rider setups.
To simplify the range, we have removed the version number from the title. Although technically a V2.1, it’s now simply called the Contour. If you’re looking for longer travel options with additional features, take a look at the Contour Pro models instead. For servicing and spare parts, the production version is still marked on the lower tube of the post.

Features
Updated Internals & Fully Serviceable
The latest Contour uses updated internals that now include additional Teflon keys alongside the brass keys. These help improve post stability, reduce side-to-side movement and keep the action smooth over time.
Like all Lyne droppers, the Contour remains fully serviceable, with wear parts such as seals, bushings and keys easily replaceable to keep the post running properly for years.
Rock-Solid Sealed Cartridge
Reliability has always been a core part of Lyne droppers. The Contour uses a sealed hydraulic cartridge that isolates the lockout system from the serviceable outer components.
This keeps the critical internals protected from dirt and wear, ensuring consistent performance while allowing the rest of the post to be maintained normally. Replacement cartridges are available separately if ever required.
Simple Cable Operation
The Contour uses a standard mechanical cable system, allowing easy installation, simple routing, and straightforward maintenance with normal gear cable parts available anywhere.
The hydraulic cartridge provides smooth, stepless height adjustment, so you can stop the saddle exactly where you want it with full control.
Lightweight, Shorter & Built to Last
Constructed from high-quality 7075 alloy, the Contour combines strength with a lightweight structure for dependable everyday use. The latest design is both lighter and shorter overall, helping maximise frame insertion and making it easier to fit longer travel posts where space is limited.
A precision-machined stanchion with hard-anodised finish ensures durability in harsh riding conditions.
Finding The Right Dropper Post
Measure
Determine the exposed seatpost dimension on your bike by measuring the distance between the centre of the saddle rail (A) and the top of the seat clamp (B).
Compare
Compare this dimension to the table above.
